Vincent Speed Works, where my passion for adventure and speed has converged into an inescapable lifestyle.

Founded by me, @_matt_noble, a lifelong cyclist with over 15 years of experience working in the bike industry, VSW is a testament to living and breathing bikes and the outdoors. From my very early dreams of being a pro cyclist, I switched to study engineering before leaping, following my heart to share my love of the bike with millions, establishing a career steeped in marketing and brand experience for cycling and fitness industry giants Specialized, Canyon, Zwift, and MyWhoosh. My journey has continued to be fuelled by a relentless drive to share my love for cycling and help people do more by bike.

With a strong track record across diverse cycling disciplines spanning over 20 years—DH, CX, XC, Road, and Enduro—I’ve earned multiple wins and regional and overall titles in the UK and US, affirming my expert skill and commitment to the sport. During this time, alongside my career, I honed the craft and attention to detail required in servicing suspension parts, from my DH bikes to off-road truck shocks. I’ve always found myself working as a professional suspension tech between jobs, and my deep interest kept me coming back. Through my endless search for the perfect setup and understanding of the crucial link between rider and machine, VSW was born. Its purpose is to take my passion to the next level with a professional solution I can call my own, helping others find their perfect setup and connection with their bikes.

As VSW is a young and growing venture, I operate on a service-by-booking basis, with pick-ups and drop-offs on Saturdays. I focus on providing top-tier service while building the foundation for future expansion. I appreciate your understanding and support as I bring my vision for VSW to life.

We go beyond maximising suspension performance. We empower riders to unlock their full potential by recognising and building the connection between mind, body, and bike. Our vision is to help riders discover their best by synchronising their mental state with their machine in pursuit of speed.

We strive to unlock “flow state” for every rider—that feeling of pure freedom on two wheels, where the bike disappears beneath you, and the only thing that matters is the line ahead.
