​Fork Services:

• 100hr Fork Service:

  • $140 - Labor, Lower leg service, Air Spring, Seals, Oil​

 

• 200hr Fork Service:

  • $200 - Labor, Lowers, Damper, Air spring, Seals, Oil​​

*The full 200-hr service package includes a thorough damper inspection and cleaning, damper oil change and bleed, air spring servicing, and new wiper seals. In case of any issues with the damper or air spring components found during the inspection, we will contact the customer to provide an estimate for any additional service parts that may be required.

Fork ​Bushing Sizing & Burnishing: ​​​​​​​​

​

• Custom Bushing Sizing:

  • + $50 - precision sizing and burnishing of fork lower leg.​

    • Bushing Sizing increments: 0.04, 0.07, 0.10, 0.13mm. 

    • Sizing available for forks inc: 32, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 & 40mm stanchions.

  • This service is in addition to a lower leg or 100hr service. So $140 + 50 = $190

  • If you are able to take your own fork apart, remove the Damper and Airspring and bring in the CSU and Lowers, then it'll be $50. This is to ensure proper sizing and fitment for your fork chassis.

*The bushing burnishing service is a separate service to help get the absolute best out of the mechanical function of the chassis. If the fork stanchions show obvious signs of tightness or friction in the lower leg as it moves through the travel, the fork will 100% benefit from proper bushing sizing and burnishing to ensure the absolute best performance. 

This service uses the very best Motorex Supergliss 100k lower leg oil to ensure the best stanchion/lower lubrication. This oil includes surface-active substances that reduce friction and prevent stick-slip. It forms a pressure-resistant, adhesive film and clings to the bushings, ensuring smooth gliding suspension.
